Years of mixed messages, diet culture, and conflicting advice made eating feel far more complicated than it needed to be. Over time, I came to understand that most people aren\u2019t struggling because they \u201clack willpower\u201d, they\u2019re struggling because they\u2019ve been given confusing, fear-based information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That understanding shapes everything I do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My approach is evidence-based, practical, and focused on getting you results. I don\u2019t believe in rigid plans, unnecessary restriction or one-size-fits-all advice.
