What is it?
Confidence with Carbs and Fats Online Nutrition Course is about understanding carbohydrates and fats properly, without confusion or mixed messages.
Rather than labelling foods as good or bad, we look at how these nutrients actually work in the body and how they fit into everyday eating. The aim is to give you clarity and confidence so you can include a wider range of foods without second-guessing yourself.
Inside the course, the science is simplified and applied to real life. You will learn how carbs and fats support energy, hormones, digestion, and satisfaction with food, and how to use them in a way that feels balanced and realistic.

One session per week – via Zoom
90 minutes per session – enough time to ask any questions
