This is a structured, professional consultation designed to provide insight, direction, and a clear plan forward.

Understanding your goals
You’ll complete a short form in advance so I understand your background, current habits, and what you want to work towards.

Clarifying what matters
We’ll meet for an in-depth initial consultation (60 minutes), where we’ll explore your goals, discuss what’s currently working (and what isn’t), and agree on the most appropriate level of support and realistic timescale.

Ongoing 1:1 support (if recommended)
If we decide to work together, 1:1 support may include:

  • personalised nutrition sessions with me (online, 45–60 minutes per session depending on support level)
  • regular progress check-ins
  • a personalised Welcome Guide with tailored information aligned to your knowledge, goals, and next steps — designed to support you between sessions

If you decide to continue into a 1:1 coaching package, the cost of this consultation will be deducted from your package when booked within 24 hours of the consultation.

This initial consultation is a focused one-to-one session designed to explore your current situation, goals, and challenges with food, health, and consistency. It allows me to look at what is currently working, what feels difficult, and what support would be most helpful for you moving forward.
