What is it?
The Gentle Gut Health Online Nutrition Course focuses on supporting digestion in a realistic, non-restrictive way.
Instead of cutting foods or following strict gut protocols, this course explores how digestion works and how food choices, stress, routine, and lifestyle all play a role. The focus is on improving comfort and consistency without creating new food rules.
You will learn practical strategies to support digestion and reduce bloating while still eating a varied, flexible diet.

This course is for you if digestion feels uncomfortable, unpredictable, or difficult to manage day to day.
It is suited to people who want to support gut health without restriction or overwhelm.

4-week course
One session per week – via Zoom
90 minutes per session – enough time to ask any questions
Small ‘class’ to allow for a supportive, interactive experience
