What is it about?
If nutrition feels confusing, noisy, or harder than it needs to be, this course is your reset.
The Simple Nutrition Course is about understanding the fundamentals of food properly without extremes, rules, or pressure to be perfect. It is not a diet and it is not about starting over on Monday. It is about learning how to eat in a way that supports your health, your energy, and your real life.
Inside the course, I break nutrition back to basics using clear, evidence-based teaching that helps you make confident choices without overthinking every meal. You will learn practical tools and flexible habits that actually stick, so eating well starts to feel straightforward rather than stressful.
Who is it for?
This course is for you if you feel like you should know how to eat well by now but still feel unsure.

4-week course
One session per week – via Zoom
90 minutes per session – enough time to ask any questions
Small ‘class’ to allow for a supportive, interactive experience

What if I need to cancel?
Life happens so if you need to cancel your place, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
